Need More Support?

We use Intercom to handle support inquiries. Customers can contact support by clicking on the Intercom widget button at the bottom right corner of any page -- no need to open your email or leave these docs!

In the Intercom widget, you can send us a new message and see previous conversations with our Support staff.

If Support staff is unavailable or you're not in the Nodecraft Developer Portal when our team replies, we'll send a copy of your conversation to the email address used to log in to the Developer Portal.

Response Times

We do our best to answer all tickets promptly, but sometimes, we accumulate a backlog and may take a while to respond. Please be patient—we will get back to you as soon as possible! For timely responses, ensure you're logged into your Nodecraft Developer account when contacting us through the Intercom widget. Our office hours are from 1130 am to 800 pm CST every day of the week.
